Startup stages

Everyone wonders what startup stages are there, however, the answer is simple:

• Pre-seed
• Seed
• Series A
• Series B
• Series C/Pre-IPO (though I personally wouldn't consider this as a startup anymore, more like a corporation)

Though some components of the table may vary from company to company this give a general overview what are the key components of each round.
